In the midst of a Doctor’s strike where there were $2.4 million dollars of daily operational rooms shut down Dr.’s Wolfe and Coker were able to bring the two sides together by identifying the similarity in motivations and how to apply them in a manner that both sides achieved their objectives. Once clarity was brought to the table, both sides were able to relate to one another and identify how they could work together to restart operations and build a more engaged team and enhance mutual respect.
