In the midst of bold new initiatives to improve safer and more productive work environments, Senior Safety and Health Program Analysts were assigned to follow special initiatives that were having impact  on the organizationsthey were monitoring or investigating. Multiple organizations using the Quality of Motivation® as a basis for organizational development, improvement and safety enhancement were monitored with positive recommendations made based on significant impact to those organizations.
